‘Ideation room’ a multi-platform video solution for enterprise

  • This solution is implemented to provide a platform for Essar’s employees to effectively collaborate and share their thoughts and ideas within their organization. This solution enables Essar to generate and accumulate useful ideas which they can use for enhancing their existing business processes.
    • Essar has created a facility called ‘ideation room’ for their users to utilize this solution. The solution is made up of three parts:
      • Video on demand portal – Users use this portal to record their ideas as well as access videos recorded by other users. They rate and comment on the available videos to give their feedback.
      • Video on demand on the touch screen – Essar uses a 40” LCD touchscreen to provide informative and inspirational videos to their users. This content is uploaded and maintained by the organization instead of the users
      • Video Wall – Essar has implemented a 2X2 video wall using four 40” LCD screens. This video wall will be used to display event videos as well as corporate videos.

E-Classroom solution

For an engineering college in a coastal town of Andhra Pradesh, we deployed a E-Classroom solution to provide an e-learning experience for their students.

In the college we setup an elaborate recording studio where the lecturer initiates and hosts live lectures. It is then streamed across multiple classrooms and projected on a large screen where students attend the lecture and can also ask questions to the lecturer, during the session, to clarify their doubts.

These lectures are also archived and provided to students as ‘Video on Demand’ on a web based portal. This enables the students to review/revise the lectures again and understand the subject matter better.
